We’ve collaborated with Microsoft to deliver a number of solutions aimed at the company’s sales force. Our recent projects have included a week-long programme comprising e-learning, real conference calls and simulated sales pitches, and a ‘box’ of training materials that can be adapted to suit the audience, need and situation.

Saffron has developed dozens of courses for BT, including conventional e-learning, captures based systems training and telephone based training. These projects have covered topics including compliance training (such as competition law), process and policy training, soft skills (such as quality management) and systems training.

We’ve developed a range of courses for KPMG, including courses on tax training, a business performance improvement methodology and risk management. Our most recent project for KPMG, on recruitment interviewing skills, combined e-learning, video and classroom materials for a comprehensive blended solution.

Saffron worked with Hilton International to deliver 55 hours of e-learning to support the global roll-out of a new system. The training was translated into eight languages and deployed in 86 hotels in seven countries. Using Saffron’s unique i-Capture™ tool, the first 30 hours were delivered within three months.
